Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

Prelaunch notice: Customer checkout is currently closed, so no order can be placed. This page explains the statutory withdrawal rights for eligible consumer distance purchases when ordering opens. We will complete the return-transport information required for the destinations we serve before accepting orders.

Statutory right of withdrawal

If you buy goods from us as a consumer at a distance, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day you, or a third person you nominate who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, it begins when that person takes possession of the last item; if one item is delivered in several parts, it begins with the last part.

To exercise this right, tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw, for example by email or post:

You can also use our online withdrawal form. After you confirm a declaration there, we send an acknowledgement on a durable medium with its content and the date and time it was received. The acknowledgement confirms receipt; it is not a decision about a refund. You may use the model form below instead, but it is optional. Sending your clear declaration before the 14-day period ends is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the whole order, we will refund the payments received from you, including the original cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We need not refund any additional cost caused by your choosing a more expensive delivery option. We will refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your declaration, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree to another method that costs you nothing.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Send the goods to the return address above without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us that you are withdrawing. Sending them before that period expires meets the return deadline. If you withdraw only some goods, we will refund the amount paid for those goods and any original delivery charge that must be returned under applicable law.

You bear the direct cost of returning goods following a statutory withdrawal. Perfume may be subject to transport restrictions. Please contact us for suitable return instructions before sending it; asking for instructions does not extend the deadline for declaring withdrawal. If a product cannot normally be returned by post because of its nature, we will state the return cost, or a reasonable approximate maximum in euros if the cost cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, before orders for that product and destination become available. Checkout will remain closed until the applicable information and return route are established.

You are responsible for any loss in value only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning, and the legal conditions for such liability are met. Merely opening an outer shipping carton does not automatically end the withdrawal right. An exception for sealed goods can apply only where the specific legal conditions for health protection or hygiene are met and a qualifying seal is removed after delivery; we do not apply a blanket opened-perfume exclusion.

We offer no additional voluntary change-of-mind return period. Your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
